This beautiful oceanside estate is located in a privately-owned cove. You can lounge on one of the decks, enjoy a starry night fireside, or take in your morning coffee watching the most amazing sunrise over the ocean.

Just a short drive to several stunning beaches. Enjoy being minutes from multi-use trails, restaurants, watersports, SENSEA Nordic Spa, and Chester Village. The famous Seaside Shanty restaurant is just seconds away.

The Main House which was built in 1898 has been beautifully upgraded, The Carriage House which was built more recently compliments the history of the property.

Each of the 5 Bedrooms have luxurious bedding and individual style. Preparing meals is super easy with 3 kitchens and you can choose a different spot to dine for every meal. With our onsite garden you can truly enjoy the farm to table experience as you are welcome to pick your own fresh salad (in season). Rainy day, no problem The Oaks boasts countless spots to curl up a great book, play cards in the lounge, watch a movie, play pool or soak in the covered hot tub.

The Oaks is the perfect place for 5-6 couples to get together, multi-generational family gatherings, or corporate retreats. In the summer you can swim, sail or kayak in our privately owned cove. Walk, run or bike the TCT which cuts through our property for private access.

Come in off-season for snowshoeing, sledding, or roasting marshmallows in our outdoor fireplace.
